Shaktipath Meditation:
Shaktipat - Transmission of Spiritual Power
In Sidhhyayog (Mahayog), Kundalini Activation (Jagarn) is being done by Shaktipat. 'Shakti' means Energy (Devine Power) and 'pat' means to fall down (girna). Shaktipat means the Shakti (Energy) of Siddhyaguru enter into the body of Shishya (devotee) and activate the sleeping state (Supta) energy in "Kand" (Ganglion Gland). After activation or kundalini Jagaran, Shakti takes the position in Muladhar Chakra. We can feel that something has been entered in our body and doing some actions in our body that is called kriyas. From Muladhar, Shakti starts its journey to meet the God Shiva in Sahashrar Chakra. As soon as Shakti reaches Sahashrar Chakra the sadhak get Samadhi State. Sadguru / Siddhyaguru generally activate the kundalini (Shakti Sanchar) of disciple by his "Sankalp", "Sparsh" (touch), "Drishti" (vision) , though the Kundalini never sleeps but it is in inactive state. Untill Kundalini jagaran, our thinking and actions are outside of our body that is called 'Bahirmukhi'. After Kundalini Jagaran, our thinking and actions are changed towards 'inside / Atma' called 'Antarmukhi' and we can feel some sudden changes in our body and understand the existing of god or Parameshwar.
In human body there are about 72,000 chakras. Out of which 10 are prominent. Also out of 10 chakras, 6 chakras (Shath chakra) are considered namely Muladhar (Earth), Swadisthan (Water), Manipur (Sky), Anahata (Heart), Visudhya (Fire) and Agyan Chakra (Mind related). There are also prominent three veins (river) through which Shakti flow from Muladhar to Sahashrar namely Ida (Ganga - left side of spine), Pingla (Yamuna - right side) and Sushumna (Saraswati).
As we know that we have received human body after taking 84,00,000 births. After taking human body we gradually upgrade our birth standard (from lower caste to upper caste) by doing good work. Based on our good work some time we got some good opportunity to have Siddhya / Sadguru and with his margdarshan. After shaktipat some physical actions are found are called kriyas. All devotees are not experienced same type of kriyas. It depends on the physical structure as well as the impressions (sanskar) of works done in last lives (84,00,000 lives). The devotee should not interfere at the time of kriyas or should not expect the specific kriya. Some common kriyas are also mentioned below. Impressions (sanskar) are stored in our spine and as Shakti moves towards Sahastrar, she clears the impressions in the action of kriya. In this time devotee astonished by feeling different types of physical and mental actions.
Before Shaktipat Shakti resides in his place (Kand) in inactive state (sputa) in 3 ½ circle shape (kundal) and as soon as activated (open the gate of Muladhar) it reach. From Muladhar its journey is started. After activation our working style is changed gradually and we start to search ourselves inside in our body itself. As we involve for sadhana, slowly we understand the purpose of our life and we perform our duties for the sake of Moksh only. Our expectations are reduced, our life style changed, we understand the purpose of life.
We get Shaktipat from guru parampara and only a siddhya guru can activate the shakti (kundalini) by shaktipat process. Once shaktipat diksha is given by Shri Gurudeo, his work is completed but to whom shaktipat is done has great responsibility to follow the instruction given by his Shri Gurudeo. The devotee should practice (sadhana) in a fixed time in early morning (Bramha Muhurta) and guru seva means he should take active part to spread his guru’s thought to others. It is essential for the devotee to surrender himself with his heart and soul to his Shri Gurudeo and Shakti (Kundalini) for his progress. Once shakti is activated devotee would not have necessary to do other activities like yoga, pranayam, puja, fasting, etc.

After Kundalini Activation ( Jagaran )
Some common kriyas are experienced by the devotees as under:
Sthul Sharir (Physical) – Different types ashana, pranayam, mudra, sneezing, coughing, dancing, singing, laughing, crying, shivering, moving in circle, boxing, paying instruments, twisting, tears, body massage, playing tabla, harmonium with the help of had, unwanted / useless taking, taking with foreign languages, etc.
Sukshma Sharir (inner body) – Seeing dangerous scene in sleeping, God & Goddess, Spiritual places (tirth), Hills, Mountains, Rivers, Sea, Sun, Moon, Stars, Shivling, Books reading, Hearing sound (devdhani), Talking with god & goddess,
Karan Sharir – Concentration, increase efficiency of work, increase skill, involvement of selflessness work, hearing Omkar mantra, singing with the name of Ramakrishna or Ishta-devta, efficiency in bhajan-sankirtan, fear in laughing & crying, in kriya releasing sound of cats, dogs & lions, etc.

Some benefits from Shaktipat Diksha:
1. Sharir Suddhi (Cleanliness of body) as without health body sadhana is not possible. After diksha some different type of ashana, mudra and pranayam happen automatically. There is no involvement of sadhak and only sadhak has to see the happenings with closed eyes as what Shakti is doing. Hence all the diseases are removed from the body gradually.
2. We take rest to acquire the necessary energy to perform our day-to-day activities. Unfortunately we do not get sufficient energy from food, rest and sleeping. Our blood circulation get disturbed which is the main source of diseases. As a result we suffer from different of diseases. During sadhana our flow of energy is increased which helps to keep us energetic and get rid of diseases. Also before getting human body, we have taken lot of births (84,00,000) and impressions (sanskar) of our last lives are stored in Sushumna Nadi. When Shakti flows from Muladhar to Sahashrar, she removes all the impressions in the form of Kriya and we also get rid of sin.
3. Chitta Suddhi – After Shaktipat Diksha, our mind, intelligence and sense organs are work towards inner side (Antarmukhi) and Chitta (heart) act positively. Hence our thinking changed towards positive, increase working efficiency and skill, we become stable in hard situation ultimately get rid of negative thinking.
4. After shaktipat diksha, our all outer activities like puja-path, dan-dhyan, bhajan-kirtan, tirtha, achar-anusthan has not value. Only sadhana in particular time and devotion to guru & Shakti. Guru means Gu is darkness / Agyan (no knowledge of self / Atma) and Ru is light / gyan (knowledge of self, atma, bramha & guru) so who can show light in darkness or who can convert us to Gyan from Agyan ( guru bina gyan nahi aur guru bina bramha nahi).
5. After shaktipat, all yogas are work unanimously. So it is called Rajyoga.
6. We can get rid of bad habits.
